Round table with the institutional representatives of the towns and cities that co-organise Meridians project.
The vision of street arts as seen through the eyes of the local politicians and administrators. What sense do the politicians give to the key words that artists and producers use: street arts, public space, creation, innovation? What are the points of agreement and divergence between the promoters and artists and the political managers?
